You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions for sending your item back.
Items returned without first contacting SnapLuxe and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by SnapLuxe.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or altered
- Products returned without prior authorization
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund after it has been issued.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SnapLuxe.
